HOW TO LOCATE YOUR DEFAULT STEAM COVER ART
This is the default directory unless it's been changed upon installing.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\appcache\librarycache
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LIBRARY'S COVER ART
Select the Game: Find and right-click on the game you want to change the cover art for.
Choose Manage: In the dropdown menu, hover over "Manage" and then select "Set custom artwork.
Select Cover Art: A file browser window will open. Navigate to the location where you have saved the new cover art image.
Upload the Image: Select the image file and click "Open." The new cover art will now be applied to the selected game.
Enjoy Your Custom Art: Your game will now display the custom cover art you have chosen.
